Registration Open
The registration system will open on 1 March, 2026, and close on 31 May, 2026.
Registration Fees
Registration fee covers the costs during the conference period, including lunch, coffee breaks, banquets, etc.
To include the paper in the conference program and the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors must register before the registration deadline.

*: Proof of student status (valid student ID or official letter) is required for full-time students. Postdoctoral researchers are not eligible for the student rate.
Payment Information
- BAS 2026 accepts multiple payment options to accommodate both local and international participants.
- Payments can be made securely via Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, FPS, or PayMe.
- A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the transaction is verified.
- Reference during payment: Paper ID.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the BAS 2026 Secretariat: bas2026@ust.hk. Refunds, less any applicable bank or remittance charges, will be processed after the conference.

The refund policy is as follows:
• Before 1 May 2026: 70% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• After 1 May 2026: No refund will be issued.
